AN ACT

To amend chapter 316, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to rock wall climbing equipment.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 316, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 316.238, to read as follows:

            316.238. All rock climbing walls over ten feet tall operated in this state shall be subject to the same rules and regulations as amusement rides pursuant to sections 316.200 to 316.238.
