AN ACT

To amend chapter 261, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to certain records and documents submitted to the department of agriculture.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 261, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 261.115, to read as follows:

            261.115. Records and documents submitted to the department of agriculture or the Missouri agriculture and small business development authority relating to financial investments in a business, or sales projections or other business plan information which may endanger the competitiveness of a business shall be deemed a closed record, as defined in section 610.010, RSMo.
