AN ACT

To amend chapter 452, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to dissolution of marriage.




Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:


            Section A. Chapter 452, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 452.025, to read as follows:

            452.025. 1. All pleadings required to be verified under this chapter shall at the time of execution be made by the acknowledgment thereof by the petitioner or respondent made before an officer authorized to administer oaths under the laws of this state, and evidenced by the officer's certificate, under official seal, attached or annexed to the pleading in form and content substantially as follows:
