AN ACT

To amend chapter 227, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the Trooper Jesse R. Jenkins Memorial Highway.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 227, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 227.353, to read as follows:

            227.353. The portion of U.S. highway 67 in St. Francois County between Desloge and Bonne Terre shall be designated the "Trooper Jesse R. Jenkins Memorial Highway". Costs for such designation shall be paid by private donations.
