AN ACT

To amend chapter 252, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to lifetime hunting and fishing licenses for certain military personnel.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 252, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 252.055, to read as follows:

            252.055. All military personnel who served in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom or any war veteran who is a Missouri resident shall be entitled to receive free lifetime hunting and fishing licenses in the state of Missouri from the department of conservation. The department shall establish procedures to implement the provisions of this section.
