AN ACT

To amend chapter 10, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the official state slogan.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 10, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 10.055, to read as follows:

            10.055. The slogan "The Great Rivers State" is declared to be the official slogan of Missouri and the state division of tourism shall recognize it as such and encourage its use.
