AN ACT

To amend chapter 227, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the designation of a memorial highway.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 227, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 227.358, to read as follows:

            227.358. The portion of state route H in Clay County from the intersection of state route H and Richfield Road north to the intersection of state route H and state route B shall be designated the "Richard L. Harriman Memorial Highway". Costs for such designation shall be paid by private donations.
