AN ACT

Relating to the Missouri abortion reduction program within the department of health and senior services.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section 1. The department of health and senior services shall develop and implement an "Abortion Reduction Program" to reduce the number of unwanted pregnancies. The program shall include measures to educate at-risk populations in this state and encourage the utilization of family planning methods and birth control.
