AN ACT

To amend chapter 227, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to highway signs for senior citizen centers.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 227, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 227.222, to read as follows:

            227.222. The commission shall erect, or cause to be erected, informational or directional signs indicating the location of senior citizen centers upon receiving a request for such signs by a senior citizen center. Information posted or signs erected under this section shall be provided at no cost to the senior citizen center, and may be placed on existing guideboards, informational signs, or directional signs. The commission shall determine the specifications for any signs erected under this section.
