AN ACT

To amend chapter 379, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to property and casualty insurance.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 379, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 379.805, to read as follows:

            379.805. Any property and casualty insurance company doing business in the state of Missouri who offers automobile insurance coverage may offer comprehensive and collision coverage for an additional premium as an optional rider to an uninsured motorist policy.
