: Adds pornography and obscenity offenses to the list of offenses for which a person must register as a sexual offender.

: Changes failing to register as a sex offender from a class A misdemeanor to a class D felony for the first offense and a class D felony to a class C felony for the second or subsequent offense.

: Makes it a crime for a sexual offender to establish residency within 1,000 feet of a public or private school or child care facility.

: Requires manufacturers and seed dealers of genetically engineered plants and seeds to provide growers with written instructions on how to reduce the risk of cross contamination.
