SCS/SB 247 - This act makes a couple of technical changes to the professional engineers license plate statute. Under this act, the $25 emblem-use contribution shall go to the Missouri Society of Professional Engineers rather than the Missouri Society of Professional Engineers Educational Foundation. The act also provides that the license plate shall bear the words "PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS". This act also adds a corrected provision dealing with volunteer firefighter and fire district firefighter special license plates. This provision was erroneously omitted last session by the General Assembly.STEPHEN WITTE
