CCS/SCS/SB 390 - This act allows motor vehicle dealers, when advertising by broadcast media, to provide disclaimers and disclosures by referring to an Internet web page or a toll-free number containing the information required to be disclosed by law. The act also provides that ATVs purchased from dealers or private individuals shall be treated in the same manner as motor vehicles for purposes of titling, liens and collection of taxes and fees.
