This substitute specifies that if the usual and customary retail price of a prescription drug is less than the copayment applied by a health maintenance organization or health insurer, then the enrollee is only required to pay the usual and customary retail price of the prescription drug. FISCAL NOTE: No impact on General Revenue Fund in FY 2006, FY 2007, and FY 2008. Estimated Income on Other State Funds of $8,000 in FY 2006, $0 in FY 2007, and $0 in FY 2008.
