HB 101 -- Methamphetamine Precursor Drugs Sponsor: Cunningham (86) Under current law, any manufacturer, wholesaler, retailer, or any other person who sells or transfers certain drugs, including ephedrine or pseudoephedrine, must record the transfer, provide the other party with a driver's license for identification purposes, and report this information to the Department of Health and Senior Services. However, over-the-counter medications are exempt from this requirement. This bill removes the exemption for any over-the-counter drugs which contain ephedrine or pseudoephedrine.Copyright (c) Missouri House of Representatives
