HB 112 -- Retirement Benefits for Administrative Law Judges

This bill requires that persons appointed to both the Labor and
Industrial Relations Commission and the State Board of Mediation
serve 50% of a term in order to qualify for participation in the
Administrative Law Judges and Legal Advisors Retirement System.
