HB 125 -- Eye Protection for Motorcycle Operators

This bill requires motorcycle operators to wear an eye protective
device.  This requirement will not apply if a motorcycle is
equipped with a windscreen of sufficient height and design to
provide adequate eye protection.

No person may operate a motorcycle during the time period when
headlights must be in use while wearing an eye protective device
that is tinted to reduce the light transmittance to a level below
35%.
