HB 134 -- Electrical Energy Corporations

This bill allows the Missouri Public Service Commission to
authorize an electrical corporation to recover its reasonably and
prudently incurred costs for fuel delivered to its generating
stations and for electrical energy purchased for its retail
customers.

The bill contains an emergency clause.
