HB 136 -- Repeal of Obsolete Education Statutes

Sponsor:  Jackson

This bill repeals 27 sections of obsolete education law.  Many of
the sections relate to one-time requirements or to programs that
no longer exist.  Some of the sections impose requirements that
technology has now made irrelevant.
