HB 156 -- Terrorism

This bill creates the crime of committing a terrorist act.  The
crime is committed when a person commits, attempts, or conspires
to commit a felony or misdemeanor with the intent to intimidate a
civilian population, influence government policy, or affect the
conduct of government through an act of violence.  The crime is
punishable by death, unless the person is under the age of 16, in
which case the penalty is life imprisonment without the
possibility of probation or parole.
