HB 171 -- Income Tax Designation for Sickle Cell Anemia Fund

This bill creates the Sickle Cell Anemia Fund and authorizes an
income tax designation on the Missouri income tax form for the
purpose of donating a portion of a taxpayer's or corporation's
refund to the fund.  Taxpayers may also contribute to the fund by
sending a separate check.
