HB 201 -- Driver's Licenses

Sponsor:  Salva

This bill prohibits the Director of the Department of Revenue
from suspending or revoking a license or assessing points against
a license for any offense committed by a driver operating a
vehicle other than a motor vehicle.

The bill becomes effective September 30, 2005.
