HB 224 -- Driver's Licenses Reinstatement

This bill requires, effective July 1, 2006, any permanent branch
office or any full-time office maintained by the Department of
Revenue to accept and process driver's license reinstatement
applications submitted by licensees who are under suspension or
revocation.
