HB 250 -- Alcohol Beverage Vaporizers

This bill prohibits the use of alcohol beverage vaporizers at all
licensed premises where alcoholic beverages are permitted to be
served and prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages for
dispensation by means of an alcoholic beverage vaporizer.
