HB 254 -- Special License Plate

This bill changes the wording on the "MISSOURI SOCIETY OF
PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS" license plate to "PROFESSIONAL
ENGINEERS."  The emblem-use contribution fee will be paid to the
Missouri Society of Professional Engineers instead of the
Missouri Society of Professional Engineers Educational
Foundation.
