HB 287 -- Civil Case Surcharges

Sponsor:  Denison

This bill allows Greene County to change the amount of the
surcharge assessed in all civil cases filed in circuit court to
an amount that does not exceed $20.  The surcharge on all family
court cases for the Family Services and Justice Fund is increased
from $30 to $40.
