HB 299 -- Workers' Compensation

Sponsor:  Wildberger

This bill expands the provision regarding "personal injuries
arising out of and in the course of such employment," under the
workers' compensation law, to include injuries occurring while an
off-duty peace officer, firefighter, paramedic, or emergency
medical technician lends aid in or responds to an emergency.
