HB 315 -- Road District Commissioners

Sponsor:  Kelly

Currently, road district commissioners are not compensated for
their services but are reimbursed for expenses incurred in
transacting district business.  This bill authorizes
commissioners to set a rate of compensation not to exceed $100
per month which will go into effect after the voting
commissioners' terms have expired.
