HB 324 -- Trespass on School Property

Sponsor:  Parson

This bill creates the crime of trespass on school property when a
person enters school property knowingly and unlawfully during
school hours without the consent of school officials in order to
create a disturbance or commit a crime.  Trespass on school
property is a class C misdemeanor.
