HB 335 -- Prescription Medication in Schools Sponsor: Tilley This bill prohibits persons age 17 and under from possessing or distributing a prescription medication on school property without a valid prescription. Possessing these medications is a class C misdemeanor when the perpetrator is age 17. Children age 16 and under who violate the law face adjudication in juvenile court. Distributing these medications on school property is a class B misdemeanor. A second or subsequent offense is a class A misdemeanor.Copyright (c) Missouri House of Representatives
