HB 350 -- Tax on Campaign Contributions

Sponsor:  Selby

This bill imposes a 10% tax on all campaign contributions made by
a taxpayer to any candidate or committee that receives
contributions.  The revenue derived from the tax will be
deposited into the State Public School Fund.
