HB 351 -- Driving While Intoxicated

This bill requires law enforcement officers to administer a blood
alcohol test to any motorist who has been convicted of an
intoxication-related traffic offense and is involved in a motor
vehicle collision resulting in a fatality or serious physical
injury.
