HB 37 -- Property Tax Credit for Educational Expenses

Sponsor:  Davis

This bill authorizes a real property tax credit for residents of
St. Charles County for educational expenses incurred for the
taxpayer's child or children when the taxpayer declines
educational services provided by any public school district
within the county.  The taxpayer must own real property within
the county and have at least one child living in the home to
qualify for this credit.
