HB 398 -- Navigational and Regulatory Markers

This bill requires that each new marker placed on the waters of
this state after January 1, 2006, be equipped with a battery or
solar-powered flashing yellow lights.  All existing markers,
after January 1, 2007, must be equipped with flashing yellow
lights.  Any flashing light that fails to work must be replaced
within seven days of the initial malfunction.
