HB 399 -- Energy Codes

This bill requires that the minimum efficiency standard for
construction of a state building be at least as stringent as the
American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning
Engineers (ASHRAE) Standard  90.01-2001, latest revision.
Currently, the standard is 90.01-1989.
