HB 46 -- Nuisance Actions

Sponsor:  Burnett

Under current law, a person in the City of St. Louis, St. Louis
County, or Jackson County may file a nuisance action against a
nearby property owner when the property owner fails to maintain
his or her property.  This bill grants neighborhood organizations
standing to file these nuisance actions.
