HB 536 -- Reporting of Child Abuse

This bill changes the laws regarding the reporting of child abuse
or neglect.  Currently, the name and address of an individual
making a report of alleged abuse or neglect is confidential.  The
bill authorizes the publication of this information when it has
been shown that the report was made with malicious overtones,
with an intent to harass, or with knowledge that the report is
false.
