HB 542 -- Tobacco Settlement Moneys

Sponsor:  Henke

This bill earmarks 25% of all tobacco settlement moneys received
by the state to fund ethanol and biodiesel incentive programs,
smoking cessation programs, the Primary Care Resource Initiative
for Missouri Loan Program, the Health Access Incentive Fund, and
the Rural Economic Development Revolving Fund.
