HB 570 -- Addiction Intervention Program for Nonviolent Offenders

Sponsor:  Stevenson

This bill requires nonviolent offenders enrolled in a long-term
substance abuse program within the Department of Corrections who
fail to complete the program to have their suspended sentence
revoked and serve their entire sentence.
