HB 588 -- Licensure of Private Applicators of Pesticides

Sponsor:  Myers

This bill authorizes the University of Missouri Extension to
collect a fee for the actual cost of providing an instructional
course on the application of pesticides to a private applicator
in order to qualify for a certified private applicator's license.
The fee will be paid upon completion of the course.  The costs
associated with the course will be reviewed annually by the
Director of the Department of Agriculture and the university.
