HB 590 -- Disabled Parking on the Capitol Grounds

This bill requires the Commissioner of the Office of
Administration to designate the parking lot located south of the
Capitol, north of High Street, and the parking spaces located
between the fountains on the southwest side of the Capitol as
parking for the disabled.
