HB 682 -- Sales and Use Tax Exemption for Certain Contractors

This bill authorizes a sales and use tax exemption for all
purchases of tangible personal property, utilities, services, and
other transactions for contractors when the purchases are in
fulfillment of contracts for the United States government.
