HB 712 -- Probation and Parole

This bill revises the crime of assault on a law enforcement
officer or emergency personnel to include probation and parole
officers.  The bill also clarifies that when a parolee is
transferred from one probation and parole officer to another, the
first officer must transfer all the parolee's written records to
the new officer.
