HB 714 -- Change of Venue

This bill allows the sheriff of the county granting a change of
venue to a defendant and the sheriff of the county into which the
cause is removed to make arrangements as to where the defendant
will be jailed.  If an agreement cannot be reached, the defendant
will be housed in the county jail where the cause is removed.  In
the event the defendant remains housed in the county that granted
the change of venue, that sheriff is responsible for the
defendant's timely appearance.
