HB 718 -- Court Costs

This bill specifies that the Motorcycle Safety Trust Fund, the
Spinal Cord Injury Fund, the Head Injury Fund, the Independent
Living Center Fund, and the court surcharges used to provide
money for these funds will expire on June 30, 2007.  The
expiration date is removed for the Statewide Court Automation
Fund, and the surcharge for the fund is increased based on the
type of case.
