HB 725 -- Division of Professional Registration

This bill dissolves and establishes certain boards and committees
under the Division of Professional Registration in the Department
of Economic Development.  The State Board of Barber Examiners and
State Board of Cosmetology are combined to become the State Board
of Cosmetology and Barber Examiners.  The State Committee for
Professional Counselors and the State Committee of Marital and
Family Therapists are combined to become the State Board of
Counselors and Therapists.

The bill has an effective date of July 1, 2006.
