HB 734 -- Tax Increment Financing

Currently, emergency services are entitled to reimbursement from
the tax increment financing (TIF) district's special allocation
fund in an amount from 50% to 100% of the TIF district's tax
increment.  This bill specifies that this provision only applies
to TIF projects or districts that are approved after August 28,
2004.
