HB 73 -- Alternative Education Programs

Sponsor:  Bland

This bill requires school districts to provide an alternative
education program in order to be eligible for state school aid
after July 1, 2006.  With Fiscal Year 2006, 1% of the
appropriation for the state aid formula, exclusive of categorical
aid, will be distributed to fund these programs.
