HB 756 -- Special Assessments

Sponsor:  Sutherland

This bill adds special assessments for neighborhood improvement
districts to the laws regarding the collection of property taxes
and other local taxes.  These assessments are allowed to be
collected and assessed in the same manner as other local taxes.
