HB 776 -- Imprisonment for Certain Crimes

Sponsor:  Dixon

This bill allows the maximum term of imprisonment for crimes
relating to sexual offenses and crimes against families to be
increased up to 10 years.  The crime must have been one that is
subject to imprisonment, committed against a child under the age
of 14, and committed by a person responsible for the child's
welfare.
